Would give a -10 star if possible. When Dreiner was called by another Dr. on my behalf she hung up on them. When you do see her she focuses mostly on her computer and rarely makes eye contact with the patient, she's more concerned with finishing up your appointment so she can go to her office and get on her treadmill. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Ute H. Dreiner. I went to her seeking answers for my joint pain, and she quickly diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis without thoroughly explaining the basis of the diagnosis. When I asked questions to better understand my condition and treatment plan, she responded with a condescending and dismissive attitude. She diagnosed my 85 year old mother with raynods and 2 types of scleroderma, but was unable to treat her due to underlying health issues that would not tolerate the meds required. She was just following her condition for about a year and my mother and I were asking for a prognosis; what to expect, because her condition is worsening. She threw her hands up, said I am done with this and walked out of the room. We have not and will not return.
I am not one to write negative reviews, but I’m baffled and defeated so I feel I have to. Despite the fact that I reached out because I have not been able to get in to any rheumatologist and am without medication now, I did not hear back from the office. When I called they couldn’t find anything for me, and then on call back they let me know it was because they declined me as a patient. They weren’t even going to let me know.
