My son came in this evening with a big deep cut to his eyebrow. He was seen, cleaned up and glued within an hour. Absolutely brilliant service on what was a busy evening for the centre!

Well, I'm glad I went here...went in with a toe that I stubbed on NHS 111's advice, and it turned out it wasn't stubbed, but a broken foot! Wait time was around 2 hours, I believe, and the staff were lovely. Not my brightest moment. It was a quick check by a nurse, an easy x-ray, and then before I knew it, I was in a moonboot headed home. All went well, no complaints. Fracture clinic took ~3 days to call back, but of course, you can't do much about a broken foot...

Been here twice now in the same week and both times my daughter has been seen very quickly,the nurses here are absolutely brilliant ,very thoughtful thorough and fast ,I can not fault them ,this particular department are well worth 5 star rating and beyond .can't thank them enough .

Cannot fault the 5* care my grandsons received at Colchester urgent treatment centre yesterday 12/4/2025. The student nurse at triage, reception, nurse we had the appointment with showed kindness was caring and extremely thorough. We think the nurses were Debbie and Alison G Thank you
