Receiving door/set up not built for 53 foot trailers with sleeper trucks. New Amazon building fence is installed directly on the road across the dock making backing in even more difficult. They won’t enter trailer to unload so you’ll have to charge for driver assist.
Employees are the Best very pleasant , awesome experience.
The process to come pick something up here is ridiculous. I knocked on the door 3 times and NO ONE answers. Someone who was coming in from a break finally managed to get me inside amd help me out. When I get inside, there’s literally 2 guys standing there… no trying to help at all. Smh Honestly, why order a delivery if you aren’t going to answer the door???
