I've been working with UTAK for over a year, and I’m continually impressed by their professionalism and dedication to excellent customer experience. Their team goes above and beyond, consistently delivering highly effective QC products that meet the exact needs of labs.
QC failed, contacted customer service to get a replacement, took too long to respond so we ordered a new bottle. New bottle was from the same lot and also failed. Turns out the lot was quarantined! Absolute terrible customer service. Selling quarantined products on their website.
Love the area and hours. . Great working place.
