Retained Dusten to file a complaint a previous attorney failed to comply within reasonable time. Dustin was slow at starting the complaint so I prepared a legal complaint drafted by me and claimed to re-drafted it 3 times, he only did once. Dusten does not provide monthly statements. Within the six page retainment document. He has a stipulated any time spent will be billed at least 15 minutes. Even if it was a voicemail or 1 minute call billed $93.75.
