Really loved most of the instructors. However, there is a very high turnover rate, so once your child gets used to an instructor, they leave. Management Is extremely poorly run. There is no system to sort out issues you have. They changed their mask policy and didn't announce It to their customers. I've been trying to get my money back for the lessons I paid for after they changed their policy (since their new mask policy no longer works for my child) and they stopped communicating with me after I clearly stated why I wante... read more

Sent my son here before finding Davis Swim school in herriman. He cried every single time for weeks, and I knew there had to be a better way. Not a fan of their forced approach.

Business response:

Kylee, we are sorry you felt our program took a "forced approach." It would be interesting to learn what you felt was "forced" as learning to swim is something that requires the child to do the skill to learn the skill, for example going under the water, or being put into a floating position. Our program is very transparent that we teach survival swim skills, we do not play games or sing songs during our lessons. What makes our company stand out from our competitors is this teaching approach and the results it delivers: some... read more

Three kids in. Very happy with the teachers and flexibility of scheduling. So much nicer than playing the lottery game at all the group classes. One on one attention is amazing.

We took our almost 3 years old daughter to Aquatics Academy and were so impressed with her instructor Stefani. She was so patient with my daughter who is nervous in the water. She was able to identify what it was that was making my daughter nervous and adapt the learning process to fit her needs. Even though my daughter was nervous, she felt safe with her instructor. By the end of the class Stefani was able to give me a full report on how my daughter did and provide a path forward on what we can do to help her continue to fe... read more

We love Aquatics Academy. I have seen my kids gain so much confidence in the water within just 2 months of attending. My 3 year old went from crying hysterically the first few days to absolutely loving swimming. My kids love their swimming classes with Aubrey and try to hard to progress not only for their love of swimming but because of the encouragement that they receive from her. They have had lessons with most of the teachers there and they have all been amazing. Swimming has become then just a need in our family, but a g... read more
