Staff were friendly and available to help when needed but left plenty of time for customers to browse through the store on their own.
Was helped by Jess who was super friendly and knowledgeable! She had great insights into running equipment, exercises and form! Highly recommend this place to anyone getting into running for the first time!
I've ran for years in the same model shoe but was wanting to try a new model. They helped me find a new pair and measured my feet and told me to I measured 5.5 and needed a 7. I hesitated but the shoes felt okay at the store. Then after a couple weeks the bigger shoes started making me get shin splints because I had too much room to move my foot around, I decided to go switch them out for 6.5. I stopped by the store and they were very helpful. They didn't have my size so they told me to try online. I ordered shoes about 3-4 weeks ago. The order is still "Awaiting Fulfillment". I tried email over a week ago and didn't hear back. I tried calling and they said they would pass my information on to the manager to see what they could do. Still no response.
