Very helpful and friendly
UtahRUN is a runner’s dream. They take the time to do gait analysis and recommend the perfect shoes, which makes the shopping experience feel personalized and thoughtful. The selection is excellent, and the staff are passionate runners themselves, so their advice is trustworthy. It’s a shop that really supports the local running community.
“We don’t have very many sizes right now - we’re in between shoe releases” which I replied “people don’t run this time of year?” They indeed did not have my size in several trial running shoes. Then I asked to use the foot sizing machine which they replied “both machines are not working right now due to a software issue with the manufacturer”. Staff were friendly and available to help when needed but left plenty of time for customers to browse through the store on their own.
Was helped by Jess who was super friendly and knowledgeable! She had great insights into running equipment, exercises and form! Highly recommend this place to anyone getting into running for the first time!
