I've ran for years in the same model shoe but was wanting to try a new model. They helped me find a new pair and measured my feet and told me to I measured 5.5 and needed a 7. I hesitated but the shoes felt okay at the store. Then after a couple weeks the bigger shoes started making me get shin splints because I had too much room to move my foot around, I decided to go switch them out for 6.5. I stopped by the store and they were very helpful. They didn't have my size so they told me to try online. I ordered shoes about 3-4 weeks ago. The order is still "Awaiting Fulfillment". I tried email over a week ago and didn't hear back. I tried calling and they said they would pass my information on to the manager to see what they could do. Still no response. I really wanted to support a local business as a new runner, and I chose UtahRUN over a big box retailer for that reason. I spent $500 on my first Garmin watch and was told at checkout that they had a 30-day return policy, which gave me peace of mind. What I wasn’t told—and what isn’t stated anywhere in their return policy online—is that Garmin products are excluded.
