Only been. Here one time to get some shoes for my mom for medical reasons. They were kind and listen to our needs and got us the right shoe we needed for my mom!

Loved this place! I went to another shoe/running store in Utah County and was disappointed in their lack of service and decided to give Utah Run a try and I'm so glad I did! They listened to my issues and had lots of options to try on. I had a hard time figuring out what felt good and they let me know that I had 30 days to exchange them and that they could order in other sizes or have them shipped to me as well if it was needed, which we did end up doing. I went in to buy my wife some good walking shoes for an upcoming trip to Disneyland, and I was very impressed by the help we received from Kaden. He was knowledgeable about the different styles and extremely personable. We'll definitely be back to your store in the future for all of our running and hiking shoes!
