I hired Utah Wildlife Specialists to install a pigeon barrier, but it didn’t work—pigeons returned almost immediately. They came back for a second look and put some foam between the panels, then told me that was all they could do. I requested a partial refund since the issue wasn’t resolved, but they denied it without offering any alternative. Poor follow-up, no accountability, and no lasting solution. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
