Knowledgable staff, good products and pretty ponds. Making outdoor landscaping & running water therapy possible; even in the desert. Learning to make a bog filter :) would be a great place for well-behaved kids to learn about synergistic eco systems.
First class service.
The first person I met at UWG was Paige. She was so pleasant and helpful in getting me set up to have my water features serviced. The techs, Jared and Braden, arrived early. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and got right to work. They worked hard the entire time they were here. They were professional and friendly and I am very pleased with the job they did.
This was one of my best experiences ever buying something. I bought some plants for my pond. The staff were knowledgeable, fun, and had so much passion about their job. The plants were healthy. They had one of the most beautiful Koi ponds I've ever seen. I wish more businesses took this type of passion and pride in their business. It made a buying experience into a fun memory.
