Dr. Burgon is an excellent doctor! He’s always able to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had about my children in a thoughtful and considerate way. He is kind and wonderful!
This is for the billing department. Our daughter had went in for pain in her legs. We were seeing Dr. Dooeley. Dr. Dooeley referred us out to a specialist and said we would end up doing blood work if the issue continued. Which it did, when I called not even a month later to get the order for blood work I was told Dr. Dooeley abruptly left the office and that I would need to see a different doctor for the order. Dr. Burgon is fantastic. All of my kids love him. He’s gentle and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
We have had such a great experience with Nolan and his MAs at this location. Their level of care is just incredible and something that’s hard to find these days in healthcare providers. They are knowledgeable and respectful and deserve all the recognition.
Their night nurse line is a joke, and the doctors treat their appointments like speed dating. They barely listen to half the things you say, and can hardly justify their mandatory wellness checks. We brought home a preemie, and never once in the seven months since he was born do we feel he’s been taken care of properly by UVP, nor have our concerns been taken seriously. We’re changing pediatricians immediately.
