Their night nurse line is a joke, and the doctors treat their appointments like speed dating. They barely listen to half the things you say, and can hardly justify their mandatory wellness checks. We brought home a preemie, and never once in the seven months since he was born do we feel he’s been taken care of properly by UVP, nor have our concerns been taken seriously. We’re changing pediatricians immediately.
Dr. Allen was so great! Answered all my questions and was so good with my toddler. Also gave great recommendations for a feeding therapist. The Medical Assistant was also super great and friendly! Would highly recommend!
We’ve been going here since our children were newborns, and will probably stay with Utah Valley until their adults! They’ve always taken such great care of our Littles and are so friendly!
I had a good impression about this pediatric clinic This magazine that put in #1 to Utah valley pediatric. Made me think my kid are in good hands But, after 4 years my experience was the same of the entire medical nasty system.
Went in to our appointment and everything was done in a timely manner and the nurses were so kind and professional! They were also so patient with my autistic daughter who is full of life!
