Vacasa deer valley is TRASH. Do not stay at any of their rentals 🙏. Learn from our mistakes - so many things wrong.
Booked through VRBO, of course Vacasa was the host. I would not recommend booking anything managed by Vacasa. The houses are not cleaned properly, Appliances are in disrepair and the general appearance of their properties is typically very run down. Talking to Vacasa about a problem is impossible as their phone menu just leads to a message saying "manage your stay with trip manager". You will also get a blast of spam emails. I rented Blue Water Haven at Bear Lake. Vacasa, the home and the team exceeded my expectations. Definitely would rent again.
My Response to Vacasa's cancellation notice below: Thank you for the cancellation notice. The feelings are mutual. My property performance has grown significantly since I took control. As you may know, Vacasa's performance was terrible last year. Last summer my property was vacant for three months during the Summer and barely booked for the fall.
