This is about the woman driving the bus along route 72 on 7/26/23 at 2:50pm heading west towards the trax line rather than the service itself. I crossed the road at Fort Union to get to my stop before the bus and crossed with traffic a full block and a half away from me in either direction, so nowhere near any cars or being unsafe. Sad ass police won’t do much drug addicts all along the airport route vomit and wasted food all over seats and floors are sticky. During Covid they became too cheap and took away the napkins and the vomit bags. People with dog’s ride during Covid they became too cheap and took away the napkins and the farm at Saks. They were located all over the train people with dogs are allowed to get on the dogs piece of shit and vomit on the tracks or a boy or this train or the trains, and there’s always vomit piss and dog poop.

This business is so unreliable. There is always something wrong with the trains because they don't want to pay to fix them so they are always delayed and people need them to get to work. The buses sometimes come 3 min early and they won't wait so I rely miss them. One time I ran for the bus made it to the door and the bus driver just drove off. Worst organization in UT period. Trains are always late and buses don’t run on time or at all sometimes. Stuff brakes down and they say 30 min delay which means 2 hours at least. Parking at train stations is scarce. I would add that it’s dangerous to ride also.
