They will never answer the phone or return your voicemails
Event services was ridiculously difficult to coordinate with. They did my wedding luncheon and not only did they not reach out to me at all after we payed but they wouldn’t answer emails, voicemails or phone calls! For months. I finally got them to answer me two days before the luncheon, which was so good because they didn’t have down most of the details of what I asked for when I first talked to them! I definitely wouldn’t recommend working with them. Catering was great but not event services.
