I tried calling two times today and both times no one answered or did the call go to voice mail. The second call rang 15 times before my phone service said the call could not be completed.
Your website does NOT work. Hire real software engineers and get it fixed!
The people who work there are fine, IF you can get them on the phone (which is nearly impossible), and their filing system is an absolute joke. They lose paperwork and mix up paperwork regularly, especially if you're a small business owner.
Just got off phone with Andrea and she was very professional and helpful. Some od the ways the state has stuff set up for businesses is pretty fustrating, but all the wonderful people I have interacted with so far have done a great job helping me and being patient in kind.
