Pretty good price compared to others. We have been working with Pam and she is very friendly, but hard to get ahold of. We were told it would take about 4-5 weeks to have them done and installed. It is currently week 8 and we have tried reaching out to see what the status is. Pam keeps saying she can’t get ahold of Dexter. We have tried all the phone numbers we have, but no update. I’m okay on the timeline, I just wish they would communicate so we know what is going on and what to expect.
Utah Shutters does great work! Our shutters were a custom paint match and they look fabulous! The installer is awesome. They did our shutters a few years ago and they have been great-any small repairs needed have been fixed immediately and at no charge. We just had them install a few more and they look great! Highly recommend!
We were so excited to work with Utah Shutters because they came so highly recommended by so many people and sadly I wish that we could have a complete re-do of our shutters. We were initially quoted around 6 weeks turnaround. At our 6 week mark I hadn't heard anything- after some back and forth was finally able to find out that they were behind schedule (which would have been fine if they would have kept us in the loop). Not a great company to do business with. Took my down payment a month ago, said they would install in 2 weeks, no word from them. They have never reached out to me. I've been the one to reach out to them every time.
