Since writing my recent review, the company has reached out to me and refunded me the money they owed me. Once I found my tracking no. for my package, they couldn't deny receiving the package back. Maybe with the tracking no., they eventually found the package. They were gracious enough to allow me to return the item for a full refund, less shipping costs.
I returned a remote control to this company and instead of crediting my account, they can't seem to find the remote and want the tracking no. I would not do business with this company. It's been over a month and still no refund....
We visited many furniture and mattress stores the past couple weeks not one of them were as good as Bradley’s Rustic Furniture!!! Matt was beyond helpful and he knew his stuff. Better than that is he didn’t push us to buy anything but we did because the quality was amazing especially for the price. This trip from Wyoming was for a new master bedroom set and mattress but there will be many more trips to come!

We accidentally ended up at Bradley's Sleep Center when we were looking for mattresses last week and it was a fantastic experience. Chad, the salesman, was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and had a good sense of humor. Excellent mattresses at great prices. I'm recommending them to everyone.
