I am an investor and buy houses to repair them. We recently had a basement flood due to the polybutylene piping failing and it destroyed all of the remodel we had just done. Erin at Utah Restoration Company was quick to get out and get fans and a dehumidifier set up, get everything torn out to make sure we didn’t have any moisture issues for the build back. We had a leak in our kitchen and we had Star come out and check it. He was at my house within a couple hours after I called the company! He found some mold on our drywall and treated it that same night! He was very educational and thorough. He even treated the areas around it, as well as cleaned up the mess and disinfected my kitchen afterwards. Very efficient and we will be recommending him to any friends/ family/ or neighbors in the future!
