I do believe they provide a valuable service. But multiple times I have sent employees to there Servsafe course to learn and take the test. And each time the employee was frustrated that the class does not cover all the information in the test. I pay over a hundred dollars for the course and then have to pay $75 more to have them retest so I get the financial gain for the Association. But I feel like they should provide better service or take some responsibility for not teaching everything needed, and absorb cost of retake.
Hopefully things will get better after I attend the Servsafe class.. right now the people on the phones and the payment process is a joke. I’ll revise my review afterwards.The lady said she would process the payment after I called again by 11 pm. And guess what today I’m here in person and it’s closed. Wow great professional practices.. and who deemed this institution as viable!!!!
Tamra is an amazing person. She is such an awesome instructor. I truly hand a hard time memorizing this material. She laid it out in a way that I could understand and apply it to my everyday routine at work. Taking this class was inspiring. Thank you Tamra!
