I went there today for a consultation for a tissue graft. After the consultation was completed, I was told to wait in the waiting accept and someone would come out to schedule my appointment. I waited about ten minutes. I waited about twenty minutes after my scheduled 11am appointment. A woman came out and called my name. She escorted me into an office.
