Seems to be on ongoing issue...BILLING DEPARTMENT! My dermatologist uses them, and every time i receive a bill, they don't send anything to my insurance. Each time they claim they don't have my insurance info even though ive provided it multiple times before. This last time for a $2500 bill I, Again, had to call in and provide insurance info, 2 months later received a "Final" bill before collections. come to find out, they sent all my billing to the wrong insurance provider...yeah no wonder it got denied! We received a bill for over $500 in February. A week after we had paid it, their billing Dept called to advise us that the bill was a “computer mess-up” and not to pay it. We had already paid it and it had cleared our bank. They gave us a reference number for the refund they owed us and told us it would be 6 weeks before they would have it processed! (BTW they send you to collections in 2 weeks) here it is mid-August and after several more calls to them and we still have not received our refund. I’ll be calling one last... read more
