On my end as a parent, the staff have been pretty great and kind. My son who has went through them for his braces journey says the same. His teeth look great! There was 1 time my son did not like when they drilled his teeth down, but it seems part of the process. But, all in all great place.
my experience is great, the workers are so nice and hard working to make you smile and have great teeth as well haha definitely recommend!
Great experience throughout my whole journey with braces. Everyone is kind and Dr Tolman is very nice and professional.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Problem #1: When I first got my top braces on and got sent home, a day or two, I felt like something wasn't right. I called and told them I felt my front tooth becoming so lose that it felt like it was going to fall off they told me it's normal for it to feel loose and wobbly. After two weeks passed, I went in to get my bottom braces on they knew they f up and removed all the brackets from the top without admitting they f up and replaced them.
