I'd give 0 stars if I could. The woman who manages the North Properties for UNPHC, Alyce has NO business being a manager, she is Horrible. Only manages people and things she chooses to and trains location managers to do the same. They have NO problem walking in on residents with NO notice whatsoever. Maintenance walked right in on me, and I had NO idea they were coming. Others have been in bed or undressed. I didn't believe it til it happened to me.
