Chip wants your business, Chip wants you to sign a contract, Chip wants your down payment, Chip is not interested in finishing your project. Chip also owns “Form Pools”. The partnership with these two companies were a big selling point last April when Chip came to our modest house and gave us a bid for a pool and backyard renovation. Great product and friendly and accommodating staff. You can probably chase a lower price, but I felt like a got great value for the product I purchased.

Chip was professional with us in every way. I see others complain about not being able to reach him. In my experience this is typical with many high end landscapers that don't operate with a large employee force. Obviously his reputation is excellent and he is in high demand. If we want to work with high quality in landscape, we have to get on board early before the season breaks. Otherwise, they are so busy just keeping up with the high demands of people they have already committed themselves to.

Paid for landscape design over a year ago and I still don't have the finished product. When Chip came to our home he was arrogant and condescending. Chip is impossible to reach by phone, text or email. He will not answer or return calls. Called the office number multiple times, no one home. I am puzzled by the recent good reviews. How do you reach a warm body at this business? I strongly advise not to waste your time with this business.
