Incredible. The customer service is fantastic. There isn’t much they aren’t willing to walk through and help you with. We got to chat with Hudson and he is SO knowledgeable.
Fantastic shop- I'm a Chef of 40+ years and it was great chatting with Hudson. If you like kitchen knives this place is for you!
Hudson is excellent - knowledgeable, skilled, easygoing, and very helpful. I’ve purchased knives from him and he’s sharpened several I already own, and I’ve always had a great experience. He even has loaner knives while yours are being sharpened. Highly recommend!
Knife sharpening was 10/10. The staff here is super kind and always willing to educate and answer any questions you have. I’ve bought two knives from here and now take them to get sharpened here as well. Thanks again for such an A+ experience!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Utah live shop and the owner Hudson. My wife and I were casually in the area and she was kicking around the idea of picking up a new bread knife. We went in and chatted for about 30 minutes and ended up walking out with 135 mm petty knife. I don’t know how he does it, but the knife we picked up ended up being about 20% cheaper than anywhere else we would have bought it.
