Can’t recommend enough. This is the best shop in Utah in my opinion for knives and sharpening services. Hudson is amazing. Sharpening is top notch, prices are very fair and just above anywhere else locally and even online for great knives and Japanese knives in general. Use them a decent amount and will continue to do so.
If you are in the area, you NEED to stop by. This dude is really caring and friendly. I was just curious and walked in and he actually sharpened my edc knife for free even though it costs a fee. really easy dude to talk too and he knows his stuff. Really amazing dude. Next time in in slc I will be stopping by again.
Really friendly owner. They have all kinds of knives and each one comes with a free sharpening. There’s also cookbooks, chefs clothing, and a wall of cast iron. If you’re coming from Utah county, skip the drive and find his knives at the craft butchers in orem. It’s a lot of the same knife selection, the same owner, and much closer.
