Thank you, Hudson! Got my knives sharpened here not too long ago. As everyone has said: very fast and scary sharp! The place is so exquisitely stocked, that I just kept saying (to myself but out loud) “don’t look don’t look don’t look!” — what a selection of knives but also of other niche cooking paraphernalia for the obsessive chef. And I don’t just mean home chef. This is a go-to stop for all the top chefs in town.
This shop dose amazing work on Your knives. Very helpful friendly today I just brought one and they were able to get me taken care of right then in there highly recommend them. I have had them sharpen many knives over the years.
