Fantastic experience getting my knives sharpened here! Hudson is a true craftsman and incredibly generous with his time, he walked me through everything I need to know to keep my knives in top shape. Turnaround was quick, and they even offer loaner knives if you're sending in your whole set at once. This is the kind of small business that makes you want to tell everyone you know. Highly recommend!
Great local knife shop. Picked up a honesuki and Hudson, the owner, knew his stuff cold — real firsthand knowledge of the makers he carries, zero pressure to buy. Selection of Japanese knives is top notch. Glad to support a shop like this.
