My niece went in to buy a brand new jeep with cash. She went alone and has some mental disabilities and they took advantage of her. Charged her $12,000 extra for items that didn’t even have charges assigned. Just line after line of false charges. So, so wrong on every level.

Very good experience, went to get some standard service done and the service representative saved me a ton of $$ on a set of tires for my Jeep. Looked at a plug in hybrid Wrangler and felt 0 pressure from the salesmen.
Thomas was the best car salesman I have interacted with. He listened to our requests and was very fair and patient with our many questions. If I ever buy another Jeep I will come back.
