I wouldn't even give them one star. They are extremely slow and undependable. I bought a 2013 VW Jetta from them about 3 months ago and didn't find out until after I bought the car that the air conditioner didn't work. I let them know immediately and still haven't heard a word about when they are going to fix it. I also waited 2 weeks for them to get me a new key fob that I had lost.
