Utah Housing Corporation is one of the most understaffed companies I've ever seen in my 30+yrs in the workforce. They have some of the most outdated and archaic processes and systems I've ever seen. Pushing papers like it's the 1950's and using spreadsheets that aren't compatible with their system. Tediously redundant and cumbersome processes. No structure or accountability at any level, including management. Culture of putting your workload off on another person or team. No synergy or cohesion between any of the departments... read more
