I used to see a PA here that I absolutely loved, but after she left the office, the quality of my care completely disappeared. I decided to stay with the office and see another provider since the original PA moved too far away, but it’s been nothing but frustrating ever since. My first appointment went fine, but after that everything fell apart. 5 calls this morning, 4 different people answered and I can’t get a callback or an appt scheduled. Keep either getting disconnected or hung up on. The self schedule option might as well be paper mail for as much as it worked.
