We went with Utah Heat Cable for our home heat cable replacement. We were told our job was complete and when my husband went onto the roof to inspect the work, he found that a patch of cable had been left without screws and in another patch, incorrect screws were used that would have resulted in corrosion. This felt dishonest and was really disappointing. Austin did a great job. Great install and very easy explanation on how it all works. We feel 100% better going into this winter season with our new heat tape.
Austin and Mitch did a terrific job on our recent heat cable installation. They worked hard to install the heat cable properly throughout the roof by carefully and effectively placing the system in the most optimal areas down roof valleys, through the downspouts and in the best areas above the gutters and drip edge.
