Worst medical provider I have ever had the trouble of attempting to schedule a procedure with. Impossible to call and speak with anyone, you can only leave a message. I tried the chat method, but there is no response. Then they randolmy call 1-2 days later, so if you're not available at that moment then good luck. They will leave a message to call their phone number, but that still does not reach anyone- just the same system again, starting from square one. My doctor was luckily able to get me a referral with a new provider.... read more
Good doctor office and procedure. However I continue to receive bills months after my procedure, and after paying them in full they continue to bill me for more. I've spoken with their customer support three times now to resolve billing issues, I pay in full each time, then continue to receive more bills they did not tell me about months later.
