Buyer should definitely beware. My wife and I ordered a new kitchen table, and recliner. We were told the table and chairs would be here on 2/22, the recliner on 2/16, and the bench on 3/2. We received the table 3/1 but no recliner yet. We never heard back on the bench and recliner and finally called them on 3/22 to see what was going on. They said they had received our bench and we could come pick it up(we paid for delivery). We asked about the recliner and they had no answers but would look into it. Do your research, Ashley was cheaper and has much better customer service. I do not recommend buying from Utah Furniture Direct. I bought a couch from Utah Furniture Direct with no issues and for cheaper than I could purchase it at Ashley. I went back for a dining set and rocking chair. I got a "discounted" packaged deal for $2000. I ordered January 23rd and was told the rocking chair would come February 16th. This was my first experience at this store & my last. I bought an office chair. Two days in I noticed the black was already cracking & flaking off. I sent them pictures of the chair on day 6 of having this chair. They don’t warranty or refund. Cool, I might be able to use it for another week before it’s trashed. What a waste of money.
