Had a great experience at Utah Furniture Direct. The 2 workers were very kind and helpful. We found the recliner we liked at Ashley for a bit cheaper, Utah Furniture Direct then worked with us and came down on the price to be cheaper than Ashley. We love our Recliner! We bought in the store, not online.
Ordered a sofa and loveseat, when it was delivered it was in two boxes which told me that they didn't check it before it was delivered. Opened the boxes, I ordered a sofa and loveseat, and when they were delivered, they arrived in two separate boxes, indicating that they had not been checked before delivery. I went in to the store earlier today. Roger greeted me upon entrance and help me throughout the whole time. They didn’t pressure me into buying and I enjoyed my shopping!
I placed my order in February, and have yet to hear if or when it will be delivered. I called and emailed, and the best response they gave (over several weeks of asking) was that they would check the next delivery to see if it arrived. It appears they have no advance notice of what they will get in each week. The receipt says 25 business days, it has been 20 weeks (and counting).
Roger helped us out with a bed, I came back got some more furniture. Bright my daughter and her helped her out . This place is the go to for furniture:)
