Where do I start? We had a fire on our building and we will forever regret our decision to work with Utah Flood and Fire. We had to repaint our office due to lousy cleaning, we caught their employee running over our key pad on our storage facility and driving away only to be caught on the cameras and them not calling to report it. Our insurance company was billed over $200k for work that wasn't worth a quarter of that amount. Our HVAC contractor was held up and not paid for months waiting for payment from these people. Utah Flood and Fire came to my home in late 2012 to repair some flood damage which we incurred in our basement when a outside water main broke from heavy rains. At the beginning of August of this year I noticed that one of the windows they repaired was leaking again. They sent someone out to look at it and I was promised that they would call me the next day to arrange an appointment for someone to come out and re-waterproof my window. Worst company I've ever delt with! They make appointments and show up hours later, but they are at least thoughtful enough to call and tell you thet'll be late a half an hour after your appointment time. this happend twice! I asked to see an itemized estimate from them on my work order and the owner refused to give me one. It also took three different trips just get an estimate of the work to be done because they lost the first one, and completely changed the second one to only half the work getting done, and when I called t... read more
