Nick was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable to help me get my accounts fixed. He took time with me to make sure I got all my accounts figured out and help me get logged back into my account. He has excellent customer service skills. He is a keeper.
The customer service was top-notch. The employees were kinda and understanding. I had the help from their employee Zacch and he was a great help.
