Absolutely amazing. I’ve been an utah first customer for a couple of years and started looking for a new vehicle. Tyler was amazing and quickly got me pre approved. Gave me plenty of room to negotiate and get the vehicle I wanted. Even when he stepped away for training he made sure I knew Kassie was there to get the deal done. When the finance manager tried to change my rate and total cost Kassie backed me up and said nope. Do the deal the right way.
Zacch was super helpful in assisting me with making certain account transactions. He was very polite to work with, followed up with me the next day as promised, and was great at helping me understand my account limitations and advising me of the risks with certain transactions.
