Extremely grateful for everyone at UFC who made it possible to have our miracle boy. After one failed transfer we weren’t sure if it was going to work out for us. My husband and I are very frustrated with how this facility here have fallen short our last few visits. The staff is nice, supportive, and takes time to answer questions. However, we are doing our first IUI cycle and we feel there has been a lack of education from the clinical staff to us about the process. They gave me hormonal medications including a trigger shot and failed to inform me on any of the side effects, which have been severe side and impacted me working. We have used Dr. Faulk for 4 out of 5 of our kiddos. It’s been over 3 years since the twins and using Utah Fertility Clinic. Our experience with him was nearly perfect. Office was organized and attentive. We personally had great results with him. We did two embryos each time. First two times, one stuck each. Third time, both did! He bolstered an 81-83% success rate during the years we used him and his team. Dr. Foulk is fantastic. He was very inclusive and confident in the whole process, always maintaining a very positive outlook. We came to UFC with no other options for concieving, but through ivf. The UFC team was great to work with. I would recommend Utah Fertility Center as a world class clinic to anyone struggling with infertility.
