I placed a deposit to set an appointment 2 months in advance. Prior to the appointment my wife and I was asked to fill out some paperwork prior to the visit. We both did the paperwork that was on their portal and the portal showed that we completed the paperwork. However a couple days later they cancelled our appointment for failure to do the paperwork. I have really enjoyed most of the staff here as they are friendly and professional. One of my biggest issues with this clinic is the absolute nightmare it is to get ahold of someone. As you know, fertility treatments are so time sensitive. I call and call and call trying to get ahold of someone and leave voiemails, but they struggle to pick up the phone and/or call back in a timely manner. Extremely grateful for everyone at UFC who made it possible to have our miracle boy. After one failed transfer we weren’t sure if it was going to work out for us. We were presented with other options and other tests we could try. Dr. Gurtcheff laid out all of my options for the next transfer and let me take control over what I wanted to do with her guidance as well. My husband and I are very frustrated with how this facility here have fallen short our last few visits. The staff is nice, supportive, and takes time to answer questions. However, we are doing our first IUI cycle and we feel there has been a lack of education from the clinical staff to us about the process. They gave me hormonal medications including a trigger shot and failed to inform me on any of the side effects, which have been severe side and impacted me working. We have used Dr. Faulk for 4 out of 5 of our kiddos. It’s been over 3 years since the twins and using Utah Fertility Clinic. Our experience with him was nearly perfect. Office was organized and attentive. We personally had great results with him. We did two embryos each time. First two times, one stuck each. Third time, both did! He bolstered an 81-83% success rate during the years we used him and his team.
