They have been wonderful. They helped us navigate all of our challenges, & we have two beautiful children because of their care. I recommend them to anyone!
In order to schedule just a surgical consult, they required my fiancé, NOT husband, to sign off his approval to just do a single consult. I should not need a man in general to sign off on a treatment for myself, especially when I’m over 18 and an adult. Would not recommend this place, please go somewhere else where they’ll respect your choices without needing to talk to a man.
I placed a deposit to set an appointment 2 months in advance. Prior to the appointment my wife and I was asked to fill out some paperwork prior to the visit. We both did the paperwork that was on their portal and the portal showed that we completed the paperwork. However a couple days later they cancelled our appointment for failure to do the paperwork. I have really enjoyed most of the staff here as they are friendly and professional. One of my biggest issues with this clinic is the absolute nightmare it is to get ahold of someone. As you know, fertility treatments are so time sensitive. I call and call and call trying to get ahold of someone and leave voiemails, but they struggle to pick up the phone and/or call back in a timely manner. Extremely grateful for everyone at UFC who made it possible to have our miracle boy. After one failed transfer we weren’t sure if it was going to work out for us. We were presented with other options and other tests we could try. Dr. Gurtcheff laid out all of my options for the next transfer and let me take control over what I wanted to do with her guidance as well.
