Rude customer service
I worked with UFC for almost a year and a half and had nothing but great experiences! Communication was always prompt, and I felt involved and informed throughout the treatment process. Every staff member (doctors, nurses, MAs, office staff) I interacted with were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. There were never any surprises on cost/billing. I am currently 19 weeks pregnant! I am grateful for the care we received from UFC!
I typically NEVER leave reviews- but I want to make sure I can dissuade anybody from coming here & having the same experience as me! We were recommended to UFC by our OB. We had done 6 months of medicated cycles & were ready for more aggressive options. We met with our doctor for our initial consult & felt good about the plan. We were going to do one TIC, then move to IUI if it did not work. She ordered lots of tests & bloodwork which I was totally fine with.
