After multiple failed IVF losses, we finally decided to switch to different clinic. We interviewed many doctors from out of state and felt confident we made the right choice with Dr. Conway. Forever grateful to UFC entire team, doctor Conway, reception staff all nurses for giving me my rainbow baby! I had wonderful experience at UFC every single visit. Entire staff was so polite and nice. All appointment were quick in and out. Thank you so much for helping me with my fertility journey and making me a momma to a beautiful baby girl.
My doctor referred me here for a procedure. I was told that they would not bill my insurance because I was referred by an outside physician and had to be an established patient. They quoted a private pay rate. Seems sketchy and like something that would affect their insurance contract. When I told my doctor the situation she was happy to refer me to conceptions fertility instead and I had no problems with them.
Awful experience. Serious lack of communication between departments, scheduling visits on the wrong days of my cycle impacting procedures, and getting different information from each provider. I was gaslit by an NP with some of the questions I had, then told I needed to speak to the doctor to get more answers, only to have to wait 4 months for an appointment.
