Beware. . . . .Brandy told me a big lie that could have caused me to die. I don't like to give a bad review. Just because someone is in your ward or church does not mean they will be an honest and good employee. Dr Thompson did a pretty good job with the procedure; however, watch out for Brandy.
RecommendedI don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. Dr. Henstrom and the staff at Utah Facial Plastics are amazing. From the initial consult, to the procedure, to the incredible results and the consistent and careful follow up, I have been absolutely delighted with the service and the results. I highly recommend.
Zero follow up. What is the point of offering online contact forms? Worthless.

Hey beautiful people. I absolutely love this clinic. I was not only impressed with my results; I was very impressed with the staff. The office was clean, modern, with a relaxed environment that made me feel comfortable. With my nerves calmed I could focus on the in-depth conversation Jen letting me know exactly what to expect. Be aware!! They do not like to take or work with insurance companies.. If you are covered by insurance 100% be prepared to pay the doctor more money out of pocket. The doctors say that there products are worth a lot more than insurance will pay. (Even though the doctors signed a contract accepting the terms with the insurance companies.)So the patient needs to pay more on top of what the insurance pays per Dr Henstrom. I went to Trish for the first time to have a hydrafacial and I had a really great experience...she was super friendly and welcoming and the treatment was easy, with no downtime or sensitivity (so it's perfect for the summer).
You can tell a lot of these reviews are fake first off, probably from staffs family and friends saying how nice they are. If that's what's important then go to a therapist not a plastic surgeon. Now that I've had experience with plastic surgeons I know the reviews are usually bs and I consider the surgeons to be scam artists charging way too much money for things that usually make you look worse or no change at all. I had an amazing experience with Jeanna!! I was so nervous to get lip filler for my first time but she went over everything and gave me alot of recommendations and options which made my decision alot easier also the procedure was alot more pain free than I had expected she has a very light touch. I will DEFINITELY be going back!!!
