The office did a great service and they are all well trained and very customer centric The surgery went well with very good after care
The staff and doc were great! Although probably unintended, I felt some disdain from the receptionist after a conversation regarding anxiety medications to treat dental anxiety. If your kiddo has severe dental anxiety, be sure to discuss a specific plan during your consult.
Lack of communication is or was a big issue here. I was led to believe there would be no charge for my visit. But, Apparently consultations or evaluations are not free. I would highly recommend going somewhere else, transparency is extremely important when it comes to health and well-being.
Everyone was wonderful! Got in quickly, everyone was friendly, kind, and informative.
