Horrible billing practices. I didn’t even know why I was getting a bill from this group after an emergency room visit. Took 6 calls to get them to bill my insurance. Why when you go to a hospital, you get bills from independent businesses. I got no choice of using them. Why do I not get a bill from the hospital? That should be disclosed at the time of service.
Immediate response in the early hours. Medical competence and empathy. Very grateful for quality of care. Thank you.
