When a 69 yo woman comes to the ED for the first time and everything seems normal it is time to look for zebras. As soon as I related a history of substance abuse 30 years ago care was over. Follow up with your PCP, may take a couple of months to be seen, but they wasted enough time on me.

TLDR: Steve Smith fixed all my problems with the collections agency! I had a similar situation to other reviewers- I provided my insurance and it was sent to collections instead. I finally reached out after being threatened by collections and Steve Smith answered the phone. He quickly looked into my issue and had the collections agency refund the interest amount. I so appreciate his help and thank the company for tracing back the errors and making it right.
I had a very positive experience with UT emergency Physicians. The doc in the ER was extremely helpful and wanted to find out answers for me. The billing was super easy and simple.
