Shawn did an incredible job! Very professional, kind, polite, and kept me in-the-loop of what he was doing and why he was doing it. I used Shawn's cleaning services for a client of mine who was moving out of her apartment who had incontinence issues. Along with cleaning the carpet, he used a literal fogging system in which the fog reduced the odor even more in my client's bedroom. 10/10 would recommend.
