Shawn did an amazing job of getting RED dye out of our living room carpet. We tried without success and thought we would have to get new carpet. He saved the day and the stain is gone! Such a kind man as well!
We had a great experience with this guy he was very knowledgeable and personable and he also let us know when he was done each step of the way and included us in the experience and just didn't come in and start the job and then finish it you know he told us how much it was going to be and and then said but I can give you this much off but we were just so and so impressed by him that we would recommend him to other people especially explaining to us what the process was and we were just so thankful to be included in that.
Shawn was awesome. Called him right up, told him what I needed and we set a time from there he was super professional, followed up on our appt. The day before and did fast work. He never tried to upsell me, no hidden fees, and just told me straight up the price. It was a great offer and the carpets turned out fantastic! So pleased with this and will be calling him again! I’d recommend this place to anyone.
Wonderful Experience! Shawn Foster was amazing—friendly, efficient, and overall just a great guy to work with. He cleaned our furniture, stairs, and a couple of rugs in just a few hours, and everything looked so much better afterward. I had a great experience with Utah County Cleanpro. He arrived right on time, communicated his time frame thoroughly which I appreciated. The results were great! He even spot cleaned a rug for me. I will definitely call him again, and recommend to friends.
