Not the greatest temp agency. The only pro I can think of, is they have immediate work readily available. They keep you as a temp for as long as they can get away with. Their clients dispose of temp workers regularly, and use you until the project is completed, whatever company you're assigned with, most aren't hiring directly. UCP promotes a fixed mindset, a "do as you're told" mentality.
