I had an extremely poor experience at this car dealership. They did not listen to what we said, did not answer our questions, and insisted upon showing us cars that were out of our price range. The car salesmen who we worked with were extremely pushy and unprofessional. We were not treated well at all. I tried my best to be pleasant and have a good experience but unfortunately I left this place with no intention of returning...ever.
Plan on being treated as a number. Very pushy and will not take the time to listen to you needs. (Unless you're talking numbers of course) Their sales representatives will dehumanize and belittle you if you do not agree to their terms and conditions. If you're looking for the ultimate car sales man pitch- look no further than Utah Carzz!
My wife and I went in to see cars in a very specific price range, and after we had explained this to us, they showed us a beautiful Honda Accord. It was a great-looking car, but it took the manager a while to go and get us the price on the vehicle. When he did, the car was $10,000 dollars out of the price range we had told them.
