My mother is a cancer patient here, and I am deeply disappointed by the behavior of most of the front desk staff. They rarely acknowledge you when you arrive, often engage in conversations about their personal lives, and respond to questions in a rude and dismissive manner, as if being approached is an inconvenience to them.
