These people are stellar in every way!!
My mother is a cancer patient here, and I am deeply disappointed by the behavior of most of the front desk staff. They rarely acknowledge you when you arrive, often engage in conversations about their personal lives, and respond to questions in a rude and dismissive manner, as if being approached is an inconvenience to them. One receptionist dismissed my mother so rudely and then when I went to speak with her, she was playing with a toy. I had to insist she make a scan appointment for us before it was done.
