I have purchased bounce houses from here for a few years now. I got one this weekend and the house I ordered was not marked on the website that it was under repairs. Instead of canceling my order they upgraded us to a bigger house with a slide. My son will have a wonderful birthday weekend thanks to them! Not to mention the great weekend deal you can get if you do customer pick up.
I spoke with Amy at Bouncin Bins the day prior to my daughter’s birthday party and we confirmed everything was ready for the next day. The delivery team arrived today and they delivered a completely different themed slide that resembles more of a pirate ship than a pink glitter theme. My daughter has a Taylor Swift party and this looks like a total eye sore, and best of all my wife and daughter are giving me shade over it. We used Bouncin' Bins for a school field day, and they were the favorite part! The set up crew was to our school early, they set up quickly, and we were able to party all day on their amazing obstacle inflatables. Take down was just as efficient and easy for everyone involved! Thank you!
Really quality inflatable obstacle course that was clean, affordable, and delivered on time. Hamlin, the driver, was friendly and helpful. This our second time using them and would do it again.
