Since 2004 we recognized the need in the local community for a law firm that was dedicated to helping injured motorcycle riders and their families get full compensation for their injuries. We know insurance companies are taking advantage of bikers alleging they are always speeding or being reckless. Of course that is not the case. Insurance companies were also not compensating bikers for the fair value of their bikes.

02/25/2023 In August 2019 I was involved in a contactless motorcycle accident in Cottonwood Heights. It resulted in multiple injuries that required hospitalization and surgery. Because it was a contactless accident and had disputable liability, my insurance provider would not cover my medical expenses. Helped me with my motorcycle accident. Highly recommended
I was a passenger on my husband’s motorcycle when a car pulled out in front of us at an intersection and struck us. The crash was not our fault. The insurance company tried to claim that my injuries weren’t a result of the crash and that I was somehow lying or exaggerating my symptoms.
