Absolutely terrible customer service. I sent an email asking about a project I had that I needed help with. They didn't take the time to connect with me about the project, they just emailed me and dismissed me. This was their response: I'm sorry we are at the start of our busy season and are booked. If this is something you can wait for until winter we can do it for you? If you don't want to wait that long we can understand. Chris, sorry that you had a bad experience. I think our office manager assumed this was a repair to an awning. For liability reasons, we generally don't work on preexisting awnings. We are happy you were able to find someone willing to take on the job. Once again, sorry for the inconvenience.
Finished product exceeded our expectations. The new awning and pergola allow us to enjoy spectacular views while keeping the hot sun at bay. Jeff and Vince worked with us on a custom design that is functional, structurally sound, and beautiful. Thank you!
Just had our awning installed today and we are over the moon with it. The quality and workmanship is exceptional. It was completed ahead of schedule and the installers were very friendly. Our experience getting a quote was also top notch. We felt listened to, no pressure, and had all our questions answered.
We had a new patio installed by Utah Awnings and we were impressed by every step of the process. Their prices were fair, they were great at communicating along the way, they handled the permit approval process for us, and the end product looks great! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a patio.
