I’ve tried to contact them multiple times and they can’t even respond. Not to a single text, phone call, nothing…. All I wanted was to buy a $20,000 car…wow.
Do NOT buy from this car dealer. They are frauds for sure just like the other reviews have said. I wish I would have listened more to them and took the advice. The truck I bought overheated broke down 20 miles down the road after I bought it and they couldn't have cared less. Then I find out they lied about it being a clean title and found out the truck was a total loss at one point. All they did was clear the codes before the test drive and made me do a short test drive because they knew it would overheat. What a Nightmare.
I rarely am one to leave reviews but our experience here was so dissatisfying that I felt it was important. We paid extra fees because they told us they had “fully inspected the car” they said that at least 10 times as we were buying the car. They would not go down on the price. The most frustrating thing was we took our car on a trip the next week and the battery died. We brought it back in to get it replaced and they said “yeah that was a bad battery” meaning they knew they gave us a bad one. What was even more frustrating... read more
Si no saben hablar inglés muy bien, no vayan a ese lugar mucho menos con mark... le se aprovechó de mi familiar y lo envolvió diciendo puras mentiras... lo cual al último el ya no quería el vehículo, y ya le avía quitado 6 mil dólares de down payment sin haber aver echo contrato final y mi familiar tuvo el error de ir solo... no pidió ayuda por lo mismo que para todo anda pidiendo ayuda y quiso hacer algo por si mismo y mas confiando en ese aprovechado bueno para nada...
