I just wanted to say that I loved Utah trauma and addiction center. They made me feel at home and safe. I loved spending time with the horses it always helped put me in a good mood. Jeremy was my therapist he was amazing. James was another therapist he always made groups interesting with his humor. Also an excellent therapist. I wish that we could have rode the horses, they were helpful to have either way. One thing I would like to recommend is a Chef. This place is incredible and can change lives. James Raburn was exactly what I needed. He pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me address all of my past while giving me the support I needed to grow from it and let it go. He helped me to see the value in myself once again. James is tough and will put you in hard situations, but will always have your back and help you to grow through those things and gain confidence that you can get through them. James Raburn has truly been the driving force behind some of the biggest positive changes in my life. Aloha, I completed this program in November of 2025. I am currently In Outpatient care and doing very well in my recovery. My time a UTAC was a rollercoaster ride in Regards to my own trauma and addictions however because of the amazing staff there I was able to do the work I needed to recognize and push through, using the tools and skills I developed .
