Be here three times. Definitely the place to go get checked out. Doctors nurses and staff wonderful and knowledgeable!
Had a great experience at this location! Everyone was very friendly, and we were in and out quickly.
I would avoid this urgent care if possible if NP, Tiffany Farmer is working. On June 13, I went in with respiratory complaints as an asthmatic with high fevers and known bacteria pneumonia exposure. I asked for a duo neb treatment and a chest xray. As a ER RN, and as asthmatic, I know what pneumonia sounds like, feels like and presents like. This NP refused to do anything but covid, flu and strep swab. She refused a chest xray and stated “I looked it up and adults do not need treatment even if you have mycoplasma pneumonia” ... read more
My husband had a horrific ear ache from a Friday thru the following Monday, until his PCP came back into her office. He went to the UT Walk in clinic twice over the weekend. Eventhough they checked his ears, all they prescribed was cough syrup. His PCP checked his ears the following Monday & said he had one of the worst ear infections she'd ever seen. Visited this location on 4/12/25. The place was empty, pretty much no wait, and the facility was clean. The front desk person and the nurse were very pleasant and helpful. My problem was the PA that "treated" me repeatedly lied to my face and when called on it he tried to claim it was for treatment purposes, but could not explain why or how. Made me feel so uncomfortable to the point that I wanted to leave. I will never return to this location.
