Honestly my worst experience at this primary care. The doctor is fine but the billing system is horrible. They keep charging me for everything that my insurance already covered. And when I talked to a representative she was like oh yeah insurance did cover that. Like seriously!!!! They dont know what they are doing with the billing.
I liked Dr. Sarah Uddin but the rest of the staff here is pretty terrible. They're very disrespectful and act inconvenienced that you're there. It was also impossibly hard to get an appointment when you're sick, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a primary care physician. I'm changing away from UT Southwestern after my experiences here.
My doctor has not seen me in over two years nor has she been available for an appointment.
