If you show up even five minutes late—regardless of the circumstances—they’ll make you reschedule months out. I was delayed due to flooding and still wasn’t accommodated. There was no flexibility or understanding, just a flat-out refusal to see me. Extremely disappointing from a place that claims to care about patients.
I’ve seen reviews on wait times and other issues but Dr. Uddin is very thorough and wants to know the details of my health, seems interested in what I say, and takes the time to review my chart each visit. She has an excellent bedside manner, lets you know what she is doing and is knowledgeable and aware of my complex health conditions. Dr. Uddin will get referrals sent out in a timely manner, communicate with specialists, complete paperwork for accommodations and refill prescriptions which I really appreciate. Are they still in business? Reached out for an appointment and never heard back. Will update review if someone ever reaches out.
You can’t ever get in when you’re actually sick! Your yearly checkup will be very thorough but heaven help you if you need care in between regularly scheduled exams. You’ll get a “we’ll see is we can double book the doc or the np” and then it’s a rude message in the my chart app to just go to urgent care.
